Competition Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are for each of Fish N Flips current competitions or giveaways.

1. Refer a Friend program

Our current swim families can refer their friends to join Fish N Flips for swimming lessons. When a referred friend signs up, they and the currently enrolled family that referred them will receive 1 free lesson.
To be eligible to refer a family to Fish N Flips swim school, you must already have a current enrolment. New families joining Fish N Flips as a referral must be joining for the first time, not previous customers, to be eligible.

2. Fish N Flips – “Summer Snaps” Social Media Competition

1. Promoter

The promoter is Fish N Flips Swim School (including participating franchise locations) operating in Australia.

2. Competition Period

The competition opens from the 5 January to 18 January.

3. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to parents or guardians of children (“Little Fish”) currently enrolled at Fish N Flips.

  • Entrants must be Australian residents.

  • Employees of Fish N Flips and their immediate families are eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must during the competition period:

  • Take a photo of their Little Fish at their swimming lesson or swim school visit
    Post the photo to Instagram or Facebook
    Tag their local Fish N Flips location
    Dm the photo to their Fish N Flips location

  • Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is a separate post.

5. Judging

  • This is a game of skill, not chance.

  • Entries will be judged on joy, creativity, and the moment captured.

  • Each Fish N Flips location will select one (1) winning entry.

  • Judges’ decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Prize

  • Each participating location will award one (1) Swim Pack.

  • Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted via direct message on the platform they entered on and may be announced via Fish N Flips social media channels.

8. Content Use & Permissions

By entering, participants:

  • Confirm they are the parent or legal guardian of the child featured

  • Grant Fish N Flips permission to repost, share, and use the submitted content on Fish N Flips social media channels

  • Acknowledge that content will be used for social reposting only

9. Instagram & Facebook Release

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
By entering, participants release Instagram and Facebook from any responsibility related to this competition.

10. General

  • Fish N Flips reserves the right to remove any entry that is inappropriate, unsafe, or not aligned with brand values.

  • Fish N Flips reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
