Please fill out the form below for your Little Fish you are requesting a Lifestyle hold for. Include the first date that they will be away from classes and the last date before they return back to classes (The return date, should be the day before your first class back).
Our Lifestyle holds are available as either a 4 week block or 2 blocks of 2 weeks per calendar year.
