2. Swim The Seas With Flips 2026 – Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter

The promoter is Fish N Flips Franchisor Pty Ltd (ABN 47 649 755 733) of 2/18 Mountain View Avenue, Miami QLD 4220 (Promoter).

2. The Competition

The Swim The Seas With Flips 2026 competition (Competition) consists of two prize draws:

(a) Weekly Minor Prize Draw – one draw per week across the 12 weeks of the campaign; and

(b) Grand Finale Draw – one draw conducted at the conclusion of the campaign.

3. Competition Period

The Competition commences on Monday 11 May 2026 and concludes at the end of Week 12, being the week commencing Monday 27 July 2026 (Competition Period).

4. Participating Venues

The Competition is open to families enrolled at the following Fish N Flips locations during the Competition Period:

• Fish N Flips Underwood
• Fish N Flips Upper Kedron
• Fish N Flips Morayfield
• Fish N Flips Fairfield, Townsville
• Fish N Flips Riverside Gardens, Townsville

5. Eligibility

(a) Entry is open to the parent or legal guardian of any child currently enrolled at a participating Fish N Flips venue during the Competition Period.

(b) Entrants must be Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

(c) Employees and contractors of Fish N Flips and their immediate families are not eligible to enter or win.

6. How to Enter

Weekly Minor Prize Draw

To be eligible for a weekly minor prize draw, the enrolled child must attend at least one swim lesson during the relevant competition week (Monday to Sunday). Each lesson attended during that week constitutes one entry into that week’s draw. No purchase beyond standard enrolment is required.

Grand Finale Draw

To be eligible for the Grand Finale Draw, the enrolled child must have attended a swim lesson in each of the 12 weeks of the Competition Period (11 May 2026 to the week commencing 27 July 2026). Attendance will be verified against lesson records held by the participating venue.

7. Prizes

Weekly Minor Prize Draw

There will be one (1) prize drawn per week across 12 weeks, for a total of twelve (12) weekly prizes.

Each weekly prize consists of one (1) month of free swim lessons (equivalent to 4 lessons) at the winner’s enrolled Fish N Flips venue.

Each weekly prize is valued at between $22.90 and $24.00 depending on the winner’s home venue.

Grand Finale Draw

There will be one (1) grand prize drawn at the conclusion of the competition.

The grand prize consists of twelve (12) months of free swim lessons (equivalent to 52 lessons) at the winner’s enrolled Fish N Flips venue.

The grand prize is valued at between $274.80 and $288.00 depending on the winner’s home venue.

8. Prize Conditions

(a) All prizes are awarded to the enrolled family of the winning child and are non-transferable to any other person or family.

(b) Prizes are not redeemable for cash or any other alternative.

(c) Prizes apply to the winning child’s current lesson type and schedule at their home venue at the time of winning and cannot be transferred to a different lesson type or venue.

(d) Prizes must be redeemed within 24 months of the date of award and cannot be deferred, carried over, or applied beyond this period.

(e) Prizes cannot be applied retrospectively to lessons already attended.

9. Prize Draws

Weekly Minor Prize Draws

Each weekly draw will be conducted on the Tuesday following the close of the relevant competition week (Monday to Sunday). The scheduled draw dates are as follows:

Grand Finale Draw

The Grand Finale Draw will be conducted within two (2) weeks of the conclusion of the Competition Period, by no later than Sunday 16 August 2026.

All draws are conducted by the Fish N Flips team via random draw.

10. Winner Notification and Prize Claiming

Weekly Minor Prize Draws

Winners will be contacted by phone or email using the contact details registered with their home venue. Winners have five (5) days from the date of notification to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim their prize within this period, a redraw will be conducted under the same conditions.

Grand Finale Draw

The grand prize winner will be contacted by phone or email using the contact details registered with their home venue. The winner has seven (7) days from the date of notification to claim their prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim their prize within this period, a redraw will be conducted under the same conditions.

11. General Conditions

(a) By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

(b) The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries and winners, including attendance records held by the participating venue.

(c) The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides false or misleading information, or otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions.

(d) If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Competition with reasonable notice.

(e) The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Competition is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

(f) If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

(g) To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from or in connection with participation in this Competition or acceptance of a prize.

12. Privacy

The Promoter collects personal information from entrants for the purpose of administering the Competition, including contacting and identifying winners. This information is handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy.
